Have a way to support the SMS add on for customers outside the UK e.g. South Africa, New Zeeland, Canada, etc.

Have a way to have multiple accounts under a single main account. For example have mainoffice.workforce.fm and then multiple regional/franchise offices with separate set ups and jobs e.g. office1.workforce.fm, office2.workforce.fm, etc. The main account should be able to view all jobs, including jobs added for specific agencies, but the agencies should only see jobs specifically created for their account.

Add an option to manage multiple companies through a single account; Maybe we can have an option to manage multiple companies or multiple sides of a single business through a single account. This would potentially mean multiple billing addresses, multiple logos, assign different users to different sides of the business, apply multiple templates for PDFs to show different business details, etc.

Have a way to categorise cost items in specific groups e.g. labour items, materials, etc. The categories should be user defined, hopefully this can be an option that can be enabled/disabled with ease. Also, it would be helpful to show the items on jobs/quotes/purchase orders/stand alone invoices under their specific categories (including total costs for each category, etc.).

When adding a contractor to a job the users are only allowed to add ONE contractor per job. It would be good to have an option to add more than one contractor to a job.

Add a 'Last note' header on the Jobs and Quotes section that will show the latest note added to these jobs/quotes.

Look into adding a feature where you can list all components from an item (sub-items to say so) and add them to a job/quote/standalone invoice together. A Bill of Materials (BOM) is a comprehensive, structured list of all raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and quantities required to manufacture a finished product. It serves as a centralized "recipe" for production

Have an option to add stock categories and assign categories to specific stock items. Then we should also have an option to filter the stock items by these categories in Settings, on jobs, on quotes, on invoices and on purchase orders.

When adding a date for an asset you will need to select the date from the date picker. It would be good to allow users to add dates manually, typing in the date, instead of selecting it from the date picker. For example the Warranty fields and the installation field should allow you to do this.

At the moment when you view an asset in the Assets section and you edit it, you can click the Parent Asset field and select a main/parent asset. It would be helpful to have an option to show the site address of the parent asset in the drop-down list, that would make it easier to see which assets are from the same address and match them with a parent asset.

Add a report for assets so you can report and print, and email asset history to customers.

Allow your contractors limited but free access to see jobs, add quotes and then once accepted, take on the job and then be able to track and update the job, add photos, get client signature, and close the job. You can make money by contractors using the system and then signing up as full users for their company.

We would love to see Zapier integration available.

We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.
