Feature Ideas

Have an option to auto-save information every minute or so when adding quotes, jobs, invoices, contacts, assets, etc. Or maybe just have an option to save the information as draft in case it is not manually saved and the page is closed by mistake.

We would love to see Zapier integration available.

We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.

ability to send invoice asking for deposit / Pre payment on quotations

Add credit notes on invoices in Workforce, at the moment there is no such feature.

Ability to Create purchase order / link items / order items from within a job

Online booking form that can be integrated into the customer's website.

Forms/Certificates; Editable forms that contain details about the work that the fieldworkers are doing. Gas certificates, safety certificates, etc

Have a way to archive customers and jobs so they show up as Active or Inactive (Archived). Possibly with the option to re-active/re-instate the Contacts, Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Sites and Purchase Orders.

Have a way to access/view a specific user's /staff member time sheet / how many hours have been tracked

Assign barcodes to stock items and Assets to allow scanning stock onto a job via the mobile app

Have the option to integrate Workforce accounts with Sage, like the Quickbooks and Xero integrations.

Have a way to create quote templates as we currently have for jobs.

The ability to manage CIS deductions on invoices and purchases. maybe add the ability to split labour and materials and apply CIS/VAT would be great.

Check if there's a way to display the users that have edited a job in the Job Activity Feed and also add timestamps for when the jobs were edited. Maybe have a way to show what was edited on the job e.g. customer, site address, scheduled date, fieldworker, description, etc. If at all possible and if this doesn't have the potential to affect the system performance.
