Check if it is possible to add a 'Payment Date' header to the Invoice section headers, maybe next to Due Date. We would need to check what design issues this would create, if any.

Add credit notes on invoices in Workforce, at the moment there is no such feature.

Have a way to connect an email account to Workforce and funnel these emails to Workforce. e.g. view them, reply to them, etc.

have a way to add contractors and staff members to the same jobs, right now this is not an option.

The ability to add multiple contractors to jobs. Having to have lots of duplicate jobs set up just to add another trade hard to track and looks a mess.

When adding a new invoice you have the option to send the email to multiple email addresses. It would be good to have a default 'CC' email address in case you want to send the email to a specific email address every time.

At the moment users cannot add more than 100 characters in Settings -> Quotes, Invoices and Purchase Orders -> Quote bottom text areas. We should look into the option to allow more characters in this section, maybe around 2500-3000.

At the moment the job Due Date is not displayed in the job list as a visible detail for jobs on the mobile app. We should consider adding this on the mobile app as well.

We would love to see Zapier integration available.

We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.

Ability to Create purchase order / link items / order items from within a job

Online booking form that can be integrated into the customer's website.

Forms/Certificates; Editable forms that contain details about the work that the fieldworkers are doing. Gas certificates, safety certificates, etc

Have a way to archive customers and jobs so they show up as Active or Inactive (Archived). Possibly with the option to re-active/re-instate the Contacts, Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Sites and Purchase Orders.
