At the moment there is only status that can be selected in order to invoice a job, the completed status. We should find a way to clone this status and rename it or maybe assign the same conditions to custom statuses.

Have an option to connect Claude AI to Workever. Maybe to help with adding a description to a job, adding additional details to custom text fields, etc. We will also need to add an option to let us know which texts were added via AI.

Have a way to connect an email account to Workforce and funnel these emails to Workforce. e.g. view them, reply to them, etc.

Have an option on the top drop-down menu in the Contacts section to merge two or more contacts. Maybe tick the contacts that you want to merge and then select the option to merge contacts and Apply.

CRM?

Have an option to assign a bank account for specific customers. Then when adding a payment for that customer the system will automatically select the bank account.

add AI features for smart wiring, quoting, invoicing, and job searching.

At the moment when creating a job sheet/report the system will add the "Job" prefix and the job ref. no. as the name. For quotes it will add the name, ref. no. and date. All these items should be the same and contain ref. no and date only.

We would love to see Zapier integration available.

We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.

Add credit notes on invoices in Workforce, at the moment there is no such feature.
