  1. Archiving (Contacts, Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Sites and Purchase Orders);

    Have a way to archive customers and jobs so they show up as Active or Inactive (Archived). Possibly with the option to re-active/re-instate the Contacts, Jobs, Quotes, Invoices, Sites and Purchase Orders.

  2. Add different rates for different contacts;

    Have a way to add different rates for specific contacts/customers. This way the Time Tracker would add the Labour cost item based on the customer specific rates.

  3. Cost/Stock Item bundles/packages;

    Have a way to add cost/stock items/bundles, when adding a bundle/package to a job the system should add all items under that bundle/package. EXAMPLE: Potterton boiler combustion chamber replacement (consisting of) Part 1 part 2 part 3 part 4

  4. Add Stock section to the main menu

    At the moment the Stock && Locations option is only accessible through Settings -> Financial Settings. We should consider adding the Stock option to the left hand side main menu.

  5. Integration with Whatsapp and/or Telegram

    We should look into the possibility of adding a Whatsapp or Instagram integration to send reminders, job notifications, etc. through these apps. Similar to how it works through SMS.

  6. Prefix manual change for each section;

    have a way to change the prefixes for each section, a lot of customers have been asking for this. For example, jobs would have WFJ prefix, quotes would be WFQ and invoices WFI.

  7. Allow users to create invoices for site contacts and addresses;

    At the moment when adding a new invoice through a job the system will automatically add it for the main customer and the main billing address. It would be good to add the invoices for site addresses and site contacts - as some site contacts may be directly responsible for the sites and the jobs done on these sites.

  8. Add/remove headers for the Contacts section

    It would be good to have an option to add/remove headers for the Contacts section. Some headers may not be needed and instead of the default ones users may want to add other headers.

  9. Add default email address as a CC email address for invoices

    When adding a new invoice you have the option to send the email to multiple email addresses. It would be good to have a default 'CC' email address in case you want to send the email to a specific email address every time.

  10. Add cost items from the form to the job

    When users add cost items/services/stock items to a form there should be an option to add them the job as well. Not sure how this would work or how to map the items form the forms with the items from the system, but it would be good to have this as an option.

    We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.
