We should look into the possibility of adding an option to allow users to create invoices for multiple customers e.g. Customer X is billed on behalf of Customer Y. For example display the name like below: David Smith c/o Marsh and Parsons

Have a way to sync Purchase Orders to Xero and QB, similar to how invoices are synced to Xero/QB. As long as the items on the POs have tax rates and account codes the system should sync them to QB/Xero.

Have an option to connect Claude AI to Workever. Maybe to help with adding a description to a job, adding additional details to custom text fields, etc. We will also need to add an option to let us know which texts were added via AI.

It would be good to have an option to upload images to a cost/stock item and then display in a small thumbnail when adding the items to the jobs.

After a user adds a job through the Online Booking Form it would be helpful to send the customer a confirmation email for the requested job.

We would love to see Zapier integration available.

We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.

Add credit notes on invoices in Workforce, at the moment there is no such feature.

Ability to Create purchase order / link items / order items from within a job

Have a way to access/view a specific user's /staff member time sheet / how many hours have been tracked

Assign barcodes to stock items and Assets to allow scanning stock onto a job via the mobile app
