  4. Allow external contractors limited access to the app

    Allow your contractors limited but free access to see jobs, add quotes and then once accepted, take on the job and then be able to track and update the job, add photos, get client signature, and close the job. You can make money by contractors using the system and then signing up as full users for their company.

    We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.
